The initiators of 'Blockchain on the Move (BotM)' want to use Blockchain technology to provide citizens with a 'Self-Sovereign Identity (SSI)' that they can use in their interaction with governments, other (public) organisations or companies. Furthermore, the BotM-initiators want to develop the concept of a 'digital vault for citizens' in which citizens can use their SSI to manage their data themselves and grant access to them to third parties.
