This PIP project aims at the development of a toolset for mapping personal sound exposure in Flanders. With this PIP project, the city of Antwerp wants to improve the Dutch language skills of its (foreign-language) low-language-skilled employees in order to bridge the 'language' and also the 'digital' gap. For this purpose, a language app on the smartphone is being developed with which low-language-skilled employees can practice speaking, writing, reading and listening in/of Dutch.

The initiators of 'Blockchain on the Move (BotM)' want to use Blockchain technology to provide citizens with a 'Self-Sovereign Identity (SSI)' that they can use in their interaction with governments, other (public) organisations or companies. Furthermore, the BotM-initiators want to develop the concept of a 'digital vault for citizens' in which citizens can use their SSI to manage their data themselves and grant access to them to third parties.
